IMPORTANT: This list determines that the Isapres must carry outREFUNDS of the charges made by the specialty of maxillofacial surgery.It does not mean that they issue bonuses, but it does mean that after receiving care with any of the indicated benefits, affiliates can request reimbursement by presenting the receipt that indicates the respective code.Sometimes they ask for a report. The amounts and limits are exclusively determined by the plan contracted by the member. Being listed byfonasa patients do not require any extra agreement with theisapre for dental coverage. In case of any doubt, they should consult directly with theirisapre.

Fonasa does not issue vouchers for particular attention.

Remember that the isapres provide coverage for known declared pathologies and the reimbursement percentage depends EXCLUSIVELY on the contracted plan.

THERE ARE NO SPECIAL PLANS THAT COVER OR DO NOT COVER MAXILLOFACIAL Surgery.

Our main recommendation to obtain reimbursement with any external provider such as our clinic is to contract a plan WITH free choice coverage BUT they must demand that they tell you the limit of said free choice coverage since sometimes they offer coverage with low caps to favor preferential plans towards clinics owned by the same isapre (VERTICAL INTEGRATION)

We recommend isapres that do not own the same clinics.

That  should I do to request a valuation of my isapre to have an approximate value of the refund that I will obtain?

You must ask your surgeon to complete a surgical medical program (you must request a form in your isapre).​

This form will have the codes and values of your surgery incorporated, to complete it your surgeon may have to make a report, for this he must carry out a previous study to have exactly the treatment that you require with the respective codes.

NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot deliver values by email or by phone since it must be associated with the patient's clinical examination and they are not the same codes for each surgery.

If you want a medical program you must  coordinate an appointment and your surgeon may require a study. That value can be consulted to our secretaries
